Membership Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Terms:
By accessing this web site owned and controlled by Let's Get Together! LLC DBA The Original Girlfriends Network, (hereinafter "OGN") you (all visitors and members as applicable) are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License:

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on The OGN web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:i. modify or copy the materials;
ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without written consent from the OGN;
iii. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on The OGN web site;

In no event shall The OGN or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The OGN Internet site, even if The OGN or an OGN authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Revisions and Errata:
The materials appearing on The OGN web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The OGN does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The OGN may make changes to the materials contained on its web site, brochures or any written materials at any time without notice. The OGN will, however, attempt to keep OGN materials updated, but is not and will not be responsible for materials submitted by it's members.
6. Links:
The OGN has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The OGN of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
7. Membership Fees and Payment:
V.I.G. and all members will compensate The OGN for the membership benefits pursuant to the terms and times for payment set forth on the "Members" page of Web Site. The OGN reserves the right to seek recovery of any overdue amounts from V.I.G. and all members along with applicable fees incurred due to non-payment.
8. OGN Barter Network:
The OGN will not in any way be held responsible for barters/ trades made between individuals on this website. The OGN will not be responsible for or involved in any disputes resulting from trades, and will not be held legally responsible for any liabilities resulting from traded products or services. Please be aware of IRS requirements that may be applicable for items or products/services bartered, and act accordingly. 9. Site Terms of Use Modifications:
The OGN may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
10. Governing Law:
The OGN website is managed by Let's Get Together! LLC from it's office in Tennessee, in the United States of America. Any claim relating to The OGN web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to the OGN or these Conditions of Use must be commenced within one year after claim or cause of action occured, or if multiple causes, from the first cause of action.
11.Submitted Content:
The OGN website contains such services for members to submit information, such as but not limited to events calendars, video submission, articles and reviews. In any submission, you agree not to upload any form of communication that: contains a virus, corrupt file or any software that can cause any damage whatsoever to another's computer; violate the rights of any party, infringe upon the patent, trademark trade secret, or other intellectual or proprietary property right of any party; is defamatory, pornographic, obscene, indecent, inappropriate, libelous, lewd, harassing, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable; promotes pyramid schemes or chain letters; or is unlawful or encourages unlawful activity. All communications will be monitored by the OGN and the OGn reserves the right to block, edit or remove any content that is not appropriate and in violation of this agreement.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. We value your privacy like it is our own; and we're committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
- We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
- We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
- We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

Web Site Advertising/Marketing Agreement
THIS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is entered into on this day between Let's Get Together! LLC, The Original Girlfriends Network ("Web Site Owner") and you the ("Member") or ("Sponsor") as applicable.
RECITALS WHEREAS, Web Site Owner owns and operates a certain web site identified as www.originalgirlfriendsnetwork.com (the "Web Site")
WHEREAS, Member desires to have text Marketing/Advertising Profiles, listings or banner advertisements - (the "Advertisements") which ever apply- placed on the Web Site to promote its goods and/or services
NOW, THEREFORE, Web Site Owner and Member agree as follows:
Scope of Services-
Web Site Owner will display text Ad Profiles, listings, videos, articles or advertising banners on the web site located at www.originalgirlfriendsnetwork.com (the "Web Site") and other pages linked thereto. The Advertisements will be linked to Member's web site or any other page located at another URL that Member may provide to Web Site Owner in writing from time to time.Payment Terms & Termination
- This Agreement will extend for a minimum period of 3 months; billed monthly at a rate of $40 per month for Premier Members- (women with small or home based businesses) and $30 per month for Premier Partner Members- (women with establishments that cater primarily to women), and will automatically renew every three months thereafter unless cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to renewal date. All payments are submitted through PayPal.com. There are no refunds once a 3 month subscription has started. Either party may terminate this agreement with or without cause upon thirty (30) days written notice. Termination for breach will not alter or affect the terminating party's right to exercise any other remedies for breach.Manner of Display and Acceptable Content-
, Until this Agreement is terminated according to the terms provided herein, the Advertisements will be displayed in specific chosen category in business directory pages of www.originalgirlfriendsnetwork.com. Member will supply all artwork as well as link information for the Advertisements. All Advertisements must conform to standards promulgated from time to time by Web Site Owner and available online at www.originalgirlfriendsnetwork.com. Any failure of an Advertisement or of the site linked thereto to conform to these standards will constitute a breach of this Agreement. Web Site Owner reserves all rights to determine whether artwork or other content submitted for the Advertisements is acceptable for use on the Web Site. Web Site Owner may, in its sole discretion, refuse the use of any Advertisement at any time.Submitted Content-
The OGN website contains such services for members to submit information, such as but not limited to events calendars, video submission, articles and reviews. All communications will be monitored by the OGN and the OGn reserves the right to block, edit or remove any content that is not appropriate and in violation of this agreement.Misc Payment Info-
Member will compensate Web Site Owner for the Advertisements pursuant to the terms and times for payment set forth in the above "Payment Terms & Termination". Web Site Owner reserves the right to seek recovery of any overdue amounts including fees accessed in said recovery from either or both Members and any of its authorized advertising agents.Direct Selling Companies-
If your Direct Selling company, Network Marketing company or Home Party Plan company withdraws it's membership from the Direct Selling Association, or is no longer a member of the DSA for any reason, while you are an active member of the OGN, your membership will continue for the remainder of it's subscription, but will not be eligible for renewal. You agree to notify the OGN once you are made aware that your company is no longer a DSA member.Referral Rewards-
You (member) agree to invite/refer members that you believe will be a true asset to the Original Girlfriends Network and it's members, and not just invite solely to take advantage of the benefits of the Referral Rewards Program.Limitation of Liability, Indemnification-
Neither party will be liable to the other for special, indirect or consequential damages incurred or suffered by the other arising as a result of or related to the performance of the terms of this Agreement, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if the other has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damages. Member will indemnify and hold Web Site Owner harmless against any claims incurred by Web Site Owner arising out of or in conjunction with the placement or display of any Advertisement or Member's breach of this Agreement, as well as all reasonable costs, expenses and attorneys' fees incurred therein. Web Site Owner's total liability under this Agreement with respect to the Advertisements, regardless of cause or theory of recovery, will not exceed the total amount of fees paid by Member to Web Site Owner.Relation of Parties-
The performance by Web Site Owner of its duties and obligations under this Agreement will be that of an independent contractor, and nothing in this Agreement will create or imply an agency relationship between Web Site Owner and Member, nor will this Agreement be deemed to constitute a joint venture or partnership between the parties. Non-assignment Neither party will assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the other party. This Agreement will take affect, to the benefit of, and be binding upon the parties hereto, together with their respective legal representatives, successors, and assigns, as permitted herein.Arbitration-
Any dispute arising under this Agreement will be subject to binding arbitration by a single Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its relevant industry rules, if any. The parties agree that this Agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. The arbitration will be held in Tennessee. The Arbitrator will have the authority to grant injunctive relief and specific performance to enforce the terms of this Agreement. Judgment on any award rendered by the Arbitrator may be entered in any Court of competent jurisdiction.Attorneys' Fees-
If any litigation or arbitration is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Severability If any term of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or contrary to law, it will be modified to the least extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining portions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.Waiver and Modification-
The waiver by any party of any breach of covenant will not be construed to be a waiver of any succeeding breach or any other covenant. All waivers must be in writing, and signed by the party waiving its rights. This Agreement may be modified only by a written instrument executed by authorized representatives of the parties hereto.Entire Agreement-
This Agreement, (Membership Terms & Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and Web Site Advertising/Marketing Agreement) together with any attachments referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter, as it applies to you, and supersedes all prior agreements, proposals, negotiations, representations or communications relating to the subject matter. Both parties acknowledge that they have not been induced to enter into this Agreement by any representations or promises not specifically stated herein.Member Login
